Joy McClymont
Off The Track Trianing
As owner and founder of ‘Off The Track Training’ and a mother of four young children, Joy has managed to consistently maintain a health and fitness regime that has seen her complete triathlons, long distance swimming, running and cycling events, as well as bounce back after each baby with core strength intact. Living hours from a shop, gym or bitumen road has inspired Joy to innovate health and fitness in a new way – utilising our natural environment and what we have available around us. 
Stacey Curcio
Cultivating Wellness
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine and Nutritional Medicine completed through Endeavour College of Natural Health. She also hold a Masters of Human Nutrition which was completed through Deakin University. During her studies, she was honoured to be the recipient of several scholarships. Stacey has also been a contributing author to a well-known evidence-based herbal and nutritional textbook.
Jill Rigney
The Right Mind

Jill Rigney commenced her career in business support and in this role managed national benchmarking projects in a wide range of Australia’s rural industries including sugar, winegrapes, citrus and the grazing industry.
Jill is a leader in presenting and analysing differences in communication styles for individuals and groups.
​​​​​​​Her extreme perceptiveness has resulted in her now recognised as a national leader in group facilitation. She is able to deftly recognise and work with the needs of each individual during her training or meeting sessions.

Given life’s not a dress rehearsal it’s important we get as much of it right as often as possible to have a life we want and enjoy, not one of circumstance and luck.  What are the fundamental thoughts, attitudes, and actions needed to do this and learn what it takes to embed and perfect everyday habits that will define the difference between you feeling you have lived it versus having drifted through it.
